This Week on ViewPoint from Jim Lyon "What would you do if you found yourself a young man with the world your doorstep? You're athletic and you're dreaming of an Olympic gold medal some day, but through a tragic turn of events you find that you have broken your neck and are a quadriplegic ? you're confined to a wheel chair." Join Jim Lyon this week on ViewPoint and meet a man with a story just like that. But his story does not end there, for his is a story of the triumph of the human spirit and more ? the triumph of the Holy Spirit ? a man with a gift of song that will take your breath away.

| How wonderful are the God loving, christian men on this website speaking the truth of the gospel! Can you fathom the hope, peace and joy your messages give?
It fills my heart with joy to hear you and your guests speak on the importance of loving one another.
This website is a beautiful bright spot in the darkness of this world.
I have only recently discovered this wonderful place, and I look forward to spending time listening every day.

I love going into your devotionals and just soaking up all these writers have to say. It brings great joy to my day. I want to thank each of you for your sweet words of encouragement in these devotionals. Thank you so much for all that you do.
We have been in Egypt for the past 4 months (our home is in Idaho) and will be here for an indefinite amount of time. The thing we miss most from home is our connection to Christian Radio. When I found this website it was a God send. Thank you for providing an internet avenue to access the wonderfully uplifting programs that share the Word of God. I just read "Getting Priorities Straight" which is exactly the discussion that my husband and I have had recently. Being far from home, it is easy to get caught up in the struggles of third world living (and how tired it makes one). We were just discussing how we have got to get first things first back into our everyday life. Amazingly, I read this article and it was posted on our anniversary! Thank you for an uplifting ministry.

It is true that if we take our focus off our daily
troubles and concentrate more on what good
things God has done for us, our faith will be
strengthened.

Kirk Franklin Reflects on Honoring God's Name from Discover God Trying to change myself without also changing my view of God is a recipe for failure. All we can really do is change outward behavior, and often we cannot even do that. We certainly cannot fix ourselves on the inside. At Discover God we believe our fears, insecurities and internal brokenness are a result of our misconceptions about God. When we fail to understand who God really is, it inevitably leads to confusion and frustration in our personal lives. Discover God seeks to launch you on a deep, authentic, life-transforming journey into the character of our Creator. And you will find that as you come to better understand who God really is, your life will truly be transformed.
