IN MATTHEW CHAPTER 24:2 JESUS TELLS OF THE DESTRUCTION OF THE SECOND TEMPLE, "See ye not all these things? Verily I say unto you, There shall not be left here one stone upon another, that shall not be thrown down." This was literally fulfilled in AD 70 by the Romans when Herod's temple was destroyed. Jesus was then asked, "what shall be the sign of thy coming? (Matthew 24:3)." Jesus then tells us about a third temple built during the tribulation after the rapture. Matthew 24:15 says, "When ye therefore shall see the abomination of desolation, spoken of by Daniel the prophet, stand in the holy place." This will mark the mid-point of the seven year tribulation. Jesus will return at the end of this seven year period, defeat the Antichrist and set up His kingdom. We are getting closer by the minute. Keep looking up!!!
